We want our consultants to master the broad portfolio of products and services we offer and gradually become experts within one or more of the key industries we operate within. After around 3 weeks of introductory training, you will be assigned to a customer and before you know it, you will be ready to fly!

You must have a master's degree in engineering, mathematics, or computer science, and previous work experience is required.
Overall, we need excellent consultants who set high standards for themselves. It's okay if you have no experience with the IO business yet! The important thing is that you share our passion for delivering high-quality planning solutions and building strong and lasting customer relations.
