FUEL; Senior Content Producer Job Specification The FUEL Creative/Content Department are looking for a seasoned Content Producer to join their team of skilled professionals.
The Senior Content Producer will be responsible for leading the creation and management of high-quality video content that aligns with the various client briefs we receive.
This role involves overseeing the entire video production process, from conceptualisation and scripting to post-production and distribution.
The Senior Content Producer will work closely with creative teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of engaging and impactful video content across various platforms.

People Management Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Report directly into Creative Director and Director of Operations Work alongside the Creative Resource Manager to keep up with workload and traffic system for jobs incoming Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and take creative risks Pre-Production: Coordinate multiple projects - creative vision and strategy. All costings and budget management using standard company bidding template. Develop a production strategy and approach on a job by job basis fits within overall project creative goals and deliverables objectives .
Discover the messages that should be coming across in the content in order to make sure those messages are heard loud and clear throughout the whole production. Work with data manager/account managers to create a plan for camera data to be securely backed up, synced, delivered to editorial, organise dailies for a director if requested. Liaise with camera and teams post facilities, studio production to curate a workflow that works for everyone. Production: Head up all of the logistics and management of the shoot day. Coordinate and provide directions to set, talent and character management, equipment needs, day-of schedule, locations, on-site creative direction and quality control of messaging. Ensure any issues on shoot are communicated on that day, camera issues, sound issues.
Work with editors to track and communicate missing coverage and organise reshoot, pick ups. Coordinate getting approval for VFX, graphics during shoot Music licensing, VFX, graphics and titles and sound design Work closely with the production manager on supplying accurate details on budgets and costs. Ensure productions have the relevant permits Post-Production: After shooting is complete, working very closely with the editor to deliver client review assets for approvals and feedback Manage post-production timelines Review content details, critique, track changes and get sign off while ensuring deadlines are met Give regular updates on turnovers, deadlines and ensure post stays on schedule and on budget. Ensure all credits are collected per project if needed. Approval of final sound mix and colour grade. Ensure after production all content is archived correctly and backed up. Salary: Salary will be dependent on previous experience with benefits.
Working hours: The successful applicant will generally work normal office hours 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 5pm on Fridays.
In the lead up to an event/ shoot, the Senior Content Manager may need to work extra hours, including evenings and weekends.
