Description Overview Perrigo has an opening for a master data maintenance coordinator.
This role is responsible for master data set up and maintenance, ensuring that new SKU requests are reviewed and released.
Ongoing parameter maintenance is performed timely and accurately in relevant systems.
The job holder will be the primary point of contact for all data related queries from internal customers and will have a leading role into driving the importance of data quality and system integrity.
The role has a process and system dimension, participating in process improvement capability initiatives and new system implementation.
Scope of the Role Data Management: Create Maintain and Validate Master data and key parameters.
SAP Data extraction: creating reports to support the business Review reports on data quality as per monthly standard work (in terms of completeness, Integrity, Accuracy, Consistency).
Raise process improvement opportunities, standardize and simplify Ways of working, in collaboration with capability and operational planning teams and key stakeholders ensuring a consistent approach to data management.
System & projects support and data verification Liaise with the wider business and keep up to date with latest developments that impact Master Data systems and processes and ensure integration of new ways of working Runs de-duplication checks and cleans the system from obsolete materials regularl Experience Required Typically 2-3 years in a master data maintenance role (Vendor and Material), or similar position SAP Experience Good communication in English Advantages: Experience in other SAP applications like SAP BW, Winshuttle, MDG MS Office Excel at advanced level is preferred Benefits We believe our people are our greatest asset.
