The Senior Data Engineer will also be responsible for staying abreast of the latest trends in data, analytics, and visualization technologies, applying this knowledge to solve complex business challenges.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with developers to design and implement innovative data solutions that enhance customer experiences and deliver business value.Team Collaboration: Foster effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration across the organization to achieve project goals.Technology Trends: Stay up-to-date with trends in data, analytics, and visualization technologies, and apply this knowledge to solve business challenges.Quality Assurance: Oversee development activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and guidelines.Support: Provide data and systems support to data analysts and data scientists to enable their work.Product Development: Work closely with Product Owners and business teams to review product requirements, translating them into actionable software tasks.Agile Participation: Participate actively in an agile development team, contributing to iterative system updates and product releases.Complex Problem Solving: Develop well-structured, tested solutions for complex issues that arise within the organization.Required Skills & Technologies:Azure Stack: Extensive experience with the full Azure Stack, including Azure Data Factory (ADF).Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and Databricks.SQL: Strong knowledge of SQL for database management and querying.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Economics, or a related field is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Project Management: Proven experience managing complex projects and providing effective recommendations to solve business challenges.Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide individuals at various levels of the organization.Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.Facilitation: Strong facilitation skills, capable of uniting diverse teams to achieve productive outcomes.Adaptability: Ability to navigate change and drive success across cross-functional teams.
