Established in 1951, the Central Remedial Clinic (CRC) is a voluntary organisation and national charity working with children and adults with disabilities. The voluntary sector provides 75% of the disability services in Ireland and, alongside a number of voluntary organisations and the Health Service Executive (HSE), the CRC works to provide a variety of services to children and adults with disabilities.
Skills and AttributesThree years post qualification experienceExperience in paediatric dieteticsHold a degree that is approved by the Dietitians Registration Board of CORUDescriptionPermanent, Full-Time contract; 35 hours per week based in CRC Children's Disability Network Team Waterford The CRC Children's Disability Network Teams (CDNT) will be providing intervention to children from the age of 0-18 years, presenting with complex developmental needs requiring inter-disciplinary intervention. Our services are based upon a Family Centered Practice Model in line with the Progressing Disability Services. This presents exciting opportunities to work as part of a dynamic, interdisciplinary team. Through our team and the CRC you will have access to numerous CPD activities.

Possess a recognised degree or equivalent that is approved by the Dietitians Registration Board of CORU and registered with CORUThree years post qualification experienceExperience in paediatric dieteticsLeadership and team management skills, including the ability to work with multidisciplinary team membersExcellent communication, initiative, time management and teamwork skillsFull driver's licence and access to own carEvidence of working in DisabilityEvidence of CPD relevant to the roleIt must be clearly demonstrated in your CV and supporting statement how you meet the required skills, competencies and knowledge for the post.
