Senior Dynamics 365 AdministratorJob Summary: The Sr. D365 Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and operating the internal Dynamics 365 CRM and ClickDimensions Marketing Automation platform. The primary responsibility will be to provide support for the system configuration, upgrade, security administration, change management, monitoring, auditing, and integrations for ClickDimensions Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system components. This also includes responsibility for ancillary third party products that integrate with or have dependencies on the D365 CRM platform.
Job Description: The Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Administrator will also be responsible for working with a cross-functional team to design, test and implement technical solutions to support needed integrations, reporting, forms, and customizations as defined by business requirements.
Technical skill and responsibilities include: Work with internal stakeholders to understand key business requirements.Design, develop, and test complex D365 technical solutions using Microsoft Cloud technologies to meet stakeholder requirements/user stories.Using Power Platform and other means to integrate into Azure services.Understanding plugin development lifecycle in Dynamics 365/ Power Platform.Background and understanding of .NET platform with a focus on code quality, understanding of core .NET patterns, ability to design classes, in-depth understanding of .NET object-oriented approach.Understanding of common industry standard business practices supported by Microsoft Dynamics.Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement- Customization & Configuration, Plug-ins, Workflows, and Power Automate.Develop, configure, customize, and maintain the CRM system, solutions, apps and integrations. Documenting the critical processes and training stakeholders on how to use the CRM.Be responsible for providing adequate and timely data selections, uploads, extractions and reports and champion effective use of data accuracy and lead in making others more data literate and able to access information.Providing recommendation and enhancing CRM capabilities, through communication with key stakeholders.Experience with D365 Dataverse, Power Platform, PowerApps (model driven and canvas), automating business processes with Power Automate.Strong data quality and management skills, to ensure data integrity, carrying out data cleaning, improvements and de-duplication and understand, report and seek to rectify data quality issues.Good understanding of CRM reporting with Power BI to create dashboards/views/reports to meet business requirements.Experience with modifying and maintaining system customization to business processes, workflows, and dialogs; templates; lead nurtures and email sends; fields and forms; among other possible customizations.Experience serving in a primary support role for a Microsoft Dynamics environment to include maintenance, updates, error logs, and release management.Good working knowledge of SQL server and ability to query in SQL.Provided user support as necessary within an organization and acted as first line support and point.Assist with user documentation and troubleshooting of technical issues with the platform.Knowledge of how to manage and maintain user permissions, security roles and security teams.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be able to work comfortably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to respond in a flexible and adaptive manner to support business requirements when ad hoc requests are made.Ability to logically troubleshoot technical problems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Collaboration, analytical, and teamwork skills. Demonstrated ability working in a collaborative and transparent environment.Ability to mentor team members and transfer knowledge to others.Qualifications: 5+ years in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365/CRM setup, administration, and development.Hands-on experience with either ClickDimensions Marketing Automation, Dynamics 365 marketing or a similar competitor.Hands-on experience deploying with Microsoft Power Platform solutions.3+ years' experience with set-up and managing integrations with Microsoft D365.2+ years proven knowledge and experience with user roles and Security in D365.3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Workflow and/or Power Automate.Worker Type: Regular
