Senior Engineer

Senior Engineer Excel are delighted to partner a leading Irish residential developer in hiring an ambitious Senior Engineer to lead engineering activities on their Dublin sites, driving project success through quality, safety, and efficient management.
This role is a full-time permanent position to help grow our client's award-winning team.
Key Responsibilities for Senior Engineer Manage health and safety on the project.
Review design drawings, participate in Design Team Meetings, and raise RFIs as needed.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors to meet testing and commissioning timelines.
Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and quality standards.
Conduct continuous site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
Oversee technical submittals, benchmarks, and inspections.
Manage temporary works and third-party stakeholders like Irish Water and ESB.
Drive value engineering and identify efficiencies in design.
Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team and direct reports.
Requirements for Senior Engineer Minimum 5 years of experience.
HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
