Senior Engineer | Kilkenny | Main Contractor €65-€85k per annum (DOE) Fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious main contractor and work with like-minded people on award winning multi-million-euro projects.
Key Responsibilities: Review the design in detail for buildability and generate a schedule of issues for each stage of construction.Ensure, by agreement with the project manager, that the project has the required engineering and technical resource to fulfil all engineering duties.Liaise with the design team to ensure the construction team has all the required information to construct the Works.Be fully aware of the Program of the project. (Design, Procurement, Lead-in and Construction).Take responsibility for dimensional control from ensuring the project has the required primary control information to the site engineering team providing any required setting out for the Works.Submit all technical submissionsEnsure all contractors comply with the required quality control on site.Ensure the design is coordinated to allow for all building services as coordinated.Manage the performance of all employees assigned to you in accordance with legislation and company procedures.Key Requirements: Relevant Engineering DegreeMust have an ability to work within a dynamic team of professionalsMust have an ability to perform multiple tasks at a high level of qualityMinimum of 8 years' experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland or the UKMotivated individual that likes to work in a fast-moving environmentBenefits: Attractive terms of Employment & Competitive salary for the right candidateExcellent BenefitsBonusExcellent Career Progression
