Senior Engineer (Residential) North Dublin, Finglas €75-80k + Transport/Allowance, Healthcare, Bonus + Bens Our client is one of Ireland's leading residential developers who are currently undertaking multiple residential developments across the Dublin/Leinster area.
Current projects consist of large residential (housing, duplexes & apartments).
They are now in the market for Senior Engineers for the Greater Dublin Area (West/North Dublin/Kildare).
Responsibilities Review design drawings and raise RFI's as required.Attend Design Team Meetings, review of design documents, close out any design issues.Communicate content of approved technical submittals to trade and finishing team.Management and coordination of subcontractors and service providers to ensure testing and commissioning timelines are met.Ensure works are executed in compliance with Building Regulations, design documents and all applicable standards.Ensure Quality assurance policies are followed and take the lead on technical submittals/ benchmarks / inspection management.Ensuring BCAR compliance.Liaise with third-party stakeholders including Irish Water, ESB and local authorities.Chairing site and construction team meetings.Candidates must have experience on residential projects.
