We are currently expanding our EHS capability and are looking to hire an experienced Senior Environmental Consultant to join the team.
You will enjoy working on multiple large-scale projects in the Irish and international markets across a number of sectors.
Depending on the successful candidates' preference, this opportunity can be permanent or on a contract basis.
(Cork or Dublin location).
ResponsibilitiesWe are interested in hearing from candidates who have the following experience:
Support in the area of environmental management/consultancy for regulated facilitiesPrepare environmental regulatory applications and licence compliance reportsPrepare or input into Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIAR)Prepare and implement Environmental Management Plans and systems to ISO 14001 standardsEnvironmental Auditing and InspectionsUnderstand and apply current and proposed Environmental & Sustainability related legislation (Building and Planning regulations)Assist clients with sustainability objectives e.g.
Circular Economy Adaptation, Climate Action Plans, Carbon Management, and Sustainability master planningTechnical Report WritingQualificationsQualification (Level 8) in Engineering/ Environmental/ Sustainability or related subjectSignificant experience in the area of environmental management/consultancy for regulated facilitiesGood knowledge and understanding of environmental/sustainability legislation and EU BAT/BREFWorking knowledge of LEED, BREEAM, and/or NZEB desirable (but not essential)Experience with carbon consulting and assessment of renewable technologies desirableProject management skillsClear and confident communication skillsWhy PM Group?As an employee-owned company, we are inclusive, committed, and driven.
