Senior Estimator

Senior Estimator Dublin Flexible & Competitive Salary Structure The candidate will be responsible for the accurate estimation of costs and the preparation of tender documentation for submission to potential clients.
Projects range from €500k to €20M.
Details / Benefits: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (flexible), Bonus, Healthcare, 25 Days Holiday, Car Allowance.
Day to day: Preparation of accurate Bills of Quantities from drawings, specifications, and schedule of finishes.
Bid manage assigned tenders to ensure a robust tender is produced.
Preparation of enquiry and tender documents.
Sourcing and assessing supplier and subcontract quotations.
Manage estimating support staff assigned to the tender.
Calculation of site management and preliminary costs.
Participation in final negotiations.
Experience: Degree educated in Quantity Surveying / Construction Related Subject.
At least 5 to 10 years estimating experience within ROI Markets.
A proven track record in estimating within a Main Contractor Experience using Estimating software and MS Excel.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent commercial acumen.
