Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting, the senior financial accountant will manage the reporting of financial accounts with specific emphasis on month-end reporting.Scope of the Role Responsibility for the journals and general ledger to ensure timely completion of month end close process Provide accurate month end reports to support the month end close process Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet accounts Manage the cash postings and maintenance of internal and external bank accounts Liaise closely with other finance and tax/treasury teams to ensure all transactions are executed and recorded correctly across all group companies Preparation of statutory financial statements and act as key player in the external audit process Liaise with the internal and external auditors Assist in ad hoc analysis and support as required.
Experience Required ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum 2/3 years post qualification industry experience Experience with SAP/CFIN or other large ERP system is a plus Detail oriented and quality focused Capacity to think through problems and find solutions Ability to adapt to new processes with agility and enthusiasm We believe our people are our greatest asset.
