Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting, the Senior Financial Accountant will manage the reporting of financial accounts with specific emphasis on month-end reporting.
Scope of the RoleResponsibility for the journals and general ledger to ensure timely completion of month end close processProvide accurate month end reports to support the month end close processMaintaining and reconciling balance sheet accountsManage the cash postings and maintenance of internal and external bank accountsLiaise closely with other finance and tax/treasury teams to ensure all transactions are executed and recorded correctly across all group companiesPreparation of statutory financial statements and act as key player in the external audit processLiaise with the internal and external auditorsAssist in ad hoc analysis and support as required.Experience RequiredACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum 2/3 years post qualification industry experienceExperience with SAP/CFIN or other large ERP system is a plusDetail oriented and quality focusedCapacity to think through problems and find solutionsAbility to adapt to new processes with agility and enthusiasmWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
