Senior Fp&A Accountant (Manager)

Our client, a global alternative investment manager, is currently looking to hire a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) specialist to their team.
You will support the senior management team and C level exec with budgeting, strategic planning and analytics insights.
Responsibilities:Provide firm-wide reports for senior management, focusing on frequent and insightful updates.Collaborate with the team to develop firm-wide Board presentations and total firm reports.Support the firm's quarterly forecasting process, taking responsibility for fee-generating revenue and assisting with realization revenue.Identify ways to improve current reporting and analytics.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the wider business and finance.Support FP&A financial reporting, including monthly/quarterly materials, budgeting, and forecasting reviews.Provide financial support for evaluating annual operating fees, long-term strategic plans, and forecasting processes.Implement change across FP&A processes from manual to automated environments.Job Requirements:Degree in Finance, Economics or related field with a strong track record.6+ years experience in management reporting, financial analysis or FP&A.Strong team player who thrives in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data manipulation.Strong financial expertise with a keen eye for process improvement and change management.
