As part of our exciting journey, we're looking to hire a Senior Front-End Software Developer to help us deliver a world-class product. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing dynamic user interface components primarily using React.js, while collaborating closely with designers, technical leads, product managers, and back-end developers. Together, you'll create efficient, scalable, and intuitive web applications that enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities: Develop user-facing features using React.js (primary framework), Vue.js, and Cesium for geospatial applications.Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.Translate designs and wireframes into responsive, high-quality code.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.Maintain and improve the existing codebase to ensure peak product performance.Implement unit tests to ensure code quality and minimize bugs.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and best practices.Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).At least 5 years of experience in software development with proven expertise in React.js.Experience with React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).Familiarity with Vue.js and Cesium (a big plus).Experience working with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines/tools.Solid understanding of modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Tokens).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.Exposure to database technologies like PostgreSQL.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.A pragmatic approach to software development and effective prioritization skills.Nice to Have: Knowledge of geospatial concepts and technologies.Location: This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, with the opportunity for virtual collaboration. Occasional in-person meetings will take place at our Dublin or Liverpool offices. We welcome candidates from across Ireland and encourage those who can commute to Dublin as needed. Candidates from the North-West UK (Liverpool) are also encouraged to apply, as this is where the rest of the team is based.
