Senior Funds Company Secretary

Lex Consultancy is delighted to be partnered with a top tier firm with the hiring of a Funds Company Secretary to join a dynamic and collaborative Company Secretarial team on a permanent contract based in Dublin City Centre.
This position is based on a hybrid working structure 2 days in the Dublin office, offering competitive salary & benefits.
Key responsibilities of the Funds Company Secretary: Carry out end-to-end Company Secretarial services from agenda and board pack circulation to attendance at board meetings, minute taking and ensuring all relevant post board meeting filings are made Serve as the primary contact for company secretarial services for a portfolio of regulated investment funds Mentor and oversee junior team members' tasks, providing guidance and training as needed Oversee disclosure and reporting requirements, staying updated on legislative and regulatory developments Liaise with internal teams and external parties Ad hoc projects as required Key skills of the Funds Company Secretary: Minimum of 4+ years relevant experience in a company secretarial role Experience working in a law firm advantageous Funds experience essential CGI qualified or part qualified If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the minimum requirements please submit your CV to Joy Russell at Lex Consultancy today.
