We are currently recruiting for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Children's Disability Network Team in North Dublin City & County. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist Occupational Therapy services to children and young people with complex disabilities, working closely with families and carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children.
Key Responsibilities:Assessment and treatment planning for children and young people with complex disabilitiesDelivering high-quality Occupational Therapy interventions, including advice and education for children, families, and carersWorking closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure an integrated approach to careDeveloping and implementing treatment plans, including setting appropriate goals and objectivesProviding clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff membersParticipating in service development and quality improvement activitiesRequirements:BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy or equivalentCORU registration or eligibility to register with CORUMinimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, with paediatrics and experience working with children with complex disabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other professionalsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience in clinical supervision and leadership is desirableFull driving license and access to a car is essentialIf you are passionate about providing high-quality Occupational Therapy services to children and young people with complex disabilities, and meet the requirements outlined above, we would love to hear from you.
