Senior Hardware Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to join our client's R&D team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design, development, and testing of analogue and digital circuits, and PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) design.
This role will play a critical part in product development, from concept through to manufacturing, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and testing of analogue and digital circuits.
Drive the design for test (DFT) and design for manufacture (DFM) strategies, ensuring products meet quality and manufacturability goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate hardware components, ensuring seamless functionality with embedded software systems.
Conduct design reviews, validation, and verification of hardware against technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with CE, EMC, and EMI regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with software engineering teams on embedded software development (C/C++) to ensure integration and performance of hardware systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in prototype and production stages.
Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in hardware and electronics design.
Qualifications & Skills Required: BS/MS in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a multidisciplinary R&D environment.
Proven experience in the design, development, and testing of both analogue and digital circuits and PCBA.
Strong knowledge of Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacture (DFM) methodologies.
Hands-on experience working with regulatory compliance, including CE, EMC, and EMI.
Strong understanding of embedded software development using C/C++.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
