To ensure Transitions business (450 employees overall) receive high quality of senior HR lead support we are recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner Transitions to support our group based in Ireland. This HR Business Partner will work closely with the General Managers and senior business leaders of two different entities in transforming the business and driving the HR agenda. Key to the role is the effective daily management of transactional HR activities alongside strategic business partnership and projects on Ireland or EMEA level. The role will be part of the Transitions TOL Leadership Team and the HR North team, reporting to the HR Director Transitions.
Key Responsibilities: Global HR Leadership: Lead and manage HR operations for our Transitions business across multiple regions, ensuring consistency in HR practices while respecting local employment laws.Collaboration with Global Teams: Work closely with HR and leadership teams across different countries to ensure global alignment in HR strategy.Change Management: Lead organizational development and transformation, acting as a high-impact and trusted change manager to the organization.Strategic Talent Management: Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, particularly in Ireland and Europe.Employee Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning by designing and implementing professional development programs that enhance skills and career growth.Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure all HR practices are compliant with Irish and international labor laws. Develop and refine global HR policies in alignment with regional regulations.Employee Engagement & Retention: Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention through well-designed benefits, recognition programs, and a positive work environment.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Promote DEI initiatives across the company, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace.HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR data to inform decisions on workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.All employees have a responsibility to contribute to the Group's sustainability and in doing so ensure that we can continue to fulfill our mission. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is required.HR experience, 7+ years.Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive levels and work with European stakeholders.Strong knowledge of Irish and European employment laws.Experience in managing HR operations across multiple countries or regions.Proven track record in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.High problem solving and analytical capability; experience of managing and analysing HR metrics to find root causes and develop short, medium and long-term plans.Ability to influence at the executive level and to work in a matrix.Have intellectual curiosity, bringing valuable insight into the team/business.Problem solver with the ability to think critically to pro-actively identify improvement opportunities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
