About the role Based in our growing Dublin Office, we're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our expanding EMEA & LATAM regions.

What you will doCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive and execute successful delivery of all HR programs including performance management, management excellence programs, and compensation reviewsCoach and advise managers on complex leadership and HR matters including sensitive employee relations issuesOperate as an expert Rippling App user with a strong ability to collaborate with internal teams across EOR Advisors, EOR Legal, Product, and EngineeringServe as a point of contact for employees; helping them navigate professional or personal issues that impact their work and career growthLead day-to-day activities related to HR policies, processes, and programs specific to EMEA and LATAMDevelop a strong presence across Rippling's Dublin and London offices as well as a close partnership with our Real Estate & Workplace TeamWhat will you need Minimum of 8+ years of previous HRBP experienceExperience working for rapidly expanding technology companies on a global scaleDeep understanding of HR processes, especially hands-on experience in management/leadership development, performance management, and employee relationsDeep understanding of EMEA labor lawsIncredibly business savvy; can quickly develop the business sense to offer relevant HR solutionsAssertive and humble; can overcome resistance and effectively manage changeFast-paced and action-oriented; can comfortably operate in ambiguity with minimal guidanceA positive can-do attitude; can navigate through the challenges and find solutionsAble to operate at a tactical as well as strategic levelAnalytical, quantitative, and process-oriented thinker; someone comfortable digging into data as needed to inform decisions
