How we'd like to work together We operate a hybrid model of working but place a strong value on regular face to face interactions.
It's important to achieve the right balance between in-person interactions and virtual working over the long term.
Moreover, there's a flexibility required, to interact with the wider team; in return you will get to work with an organisation that understands how inter-twined work and life have become - and both the benefits and challenges that brings - and therefore offers a flexible, progressive way of supporting it through our hybrid working philosophy.
There may be a requirement to travel to our different locations across Europe, and this requirement may increase over time as our business grows.
