Job Description The Role: Elgin is experiencing a period of exciting growth, and we are looking for a talented International Tax Manager to join our Finance team.
In this new role, you will oversee group expansion, formulating tax strategy across various jurisdictions.
What You Will Do Partner closely with the external tax advisory team to identify tax issues, risks and planning opportunities, provide tax support to the business and finance teams in Europe, and assist in implementing tax planning projects Support various tax matters relating to the group's international operating structure including transfer pricing documentation and reviews of activities and operations to ensure compliance with operational goals Support the group's M&A activity and due diligence strategy.
Advise business leaders on tax matters and on the potential impact of laws and regulations on various operations across the group Oversee tax reporting and compliance, liaising with advisors and stakeholders Engage with your professional network to build Elgin's tax team capabilities and tax knowledge function Your profile What you will need: Chartered Tax Adviser (AITI) Accounting qualification preferrable ideally 5+ years post qualification experience in tax role grounded in CT and TP Strong technical skills Ability to identify issues arising and work with senior management towards resolutions.
