My client is seeking aSenior Investor Services Analystfor their growing team in Dublin.

Responsibilities: Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches for a range of onshore and offshore funds Resolve dealing related enquiries Liaise with clients and shareholders Checking and Processing all activity for investors and client Ensure the accurate maintenance of shareholder register and investor files Prepare and distribute of shareholder statements and Investment Manager Reports Daily Reconciliation of Cash Accounts Distribute Interim and End of Year Financial Reports to Shareholders About You Third level / business school qualification desirable 2 + years experience in Fund Administration or Alternative Transfer Agency Operations required Knowledge of varying fund types such as Mutual and Hedge Funds To be organised and methodical in their approach to work with an eye for detail Strong Communication Skills What Now?
