What you need to know We are currently seeking a Senior Investor Services Analyst for our client in the financial services industry, based in Limerick.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing great client service to various clients within the company.
This is a 6-month contract position offering a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Your new job Key Responsibilities: Respond to investor inquiries via phone and email promptly. Help manage call volumes to meet service standards. Monitor client mailboxes, ensuring timely query resolution. Mentor new team members, providing guidance and support. Participate in quality improvement through process reviews. Process daily phone transactions and upload documents. Verify and approve trade data for accuracy. Track client inquiries and recommend process updates. Prepare and share team stats and reports as needed. Support team tasks and complete responsibilities on time. Take on additional tasks as required by business needs. What are we looking for? Experience working in transfer agency or financial services is desired. Prior client-serving experience in a fast-paced environment. Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills required. Good IT skills and ability to learn systems used within the business required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet frequent deadlines. Planning and organisation skills.
