The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in networking and database management, L2/L3 support experience, and a proactive attitude, preferably with an IT background in retail organizations.

Skills/Requirements: 5+ years in IT Support (Level 2/3) Strong experience in networking (Cisco, CompTIA A+) Must hold a full, clean driver's license!
