Our client, a leading Technology company, is currently seeking a Senior/ Lead Python Engineer to join their IT department. This is a permanent job position with the opportunity for growth and development. This is a remote role.

Role & Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality Python applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityDebug production issues and provide solutionsMaintain code quality, organization, and automationKey skills:Strong communication skills, comfortable having technical discussions with clients.Senior developer/team lead experience.Python web application and/or API development.Strong SQL and RDBMS modelling skills.Reasonable Linux knowledge.Modern and agile DevopsDesirable:PostgreSQL and use of PostgreSQL via SQLAlchemyAzure infrastructure configurationNLP / Text AnalyticsBasic working knowledge of interfacing with LLMs, such as OpenAI or Microsoft Cognitive Services APIsSalary & Benefits:Salary - depending on experienceHealth careEmployee stock planPension planRemote working - must be based in IrelandIf this sounds like something you might be interested in, then please apply below.
