Senior Leasing Associate

Job Description On behalf of a new-to-market, Real Estate Asset Manager in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Senior Leasing Associate.
Working alongside the Head of Ireland in an internal role, the Senior Leasing Associate will be responsible for a number of upmarket residential/ PRS developments across Dublin.
Responsibilities: Conduct in-person viewings as well as mentor and coach other team members to offer best in class viewings, striving for high conversion rates.
Assist with the leasing process from application submission to move-in appointment, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to cultivate relationships and encourage lease signings, while effectively tracking interactions using HubSpot (CRM).
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any of Sales & Marketing, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field (desired).
Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) qualified.
2+ years experience working in the residential/ PRS/ BTR field.
Strong sales/ negotiation skills.
