What you'll do: Offer legal support to the company's Irish fund Management CompanyAdvise, draft and negotiate fund documentation, investment management agreements, cross-border distribution agreements and other commercial agreementsSupport the Head of Legal with regulatory, strategic or other legal projectsWork closely with business partners, including senior level management and directors on related mattersLiaise with colleagues in the global legal department across various business units globally and external counsel to maintain a consistent approach to the policies of the bankEngage with and support Compliance and Risk Management in analysing new laws and regulations impacting the businesses and implementing processes and procedures to comply with such requirementsWhat you bring: 6+ PQE Qualified Lawyer (Irish qualified is a prerequisite) with demonstrable UCITS experienceExperience working in a reputable financial services practice or in-house legal department of a large asset managerExperience working across Central Bank of Ireland, FCA, EU regulationsExperience in lifecycle management of funds - drafting, reviewing and negotiating fund documentation and other core asset management termsAbility to work with Senior Business Leads across multiple disciplines and international jurisdictionsPro-active and diligent team player able to prioritise and work to set deadlines within a challenging environmentSubstantial in-house asset management experience requiredRole offers a degree of autonomyAbout the job Contract Type: FULL_TIME
