Senior Management Consultant - Health & Higher Education

Partnered with a boutique consulting firm who is looking to add a consultant due to continued growth of the firm.

This is a newly created role with a specialized firm that acts as strategic partner to the government and broader public sector.

In this role you will get the chance to work alongside a team of strategy experts as they shape the public sector for current & future generations and support in equipping key leaders in these organisations with the tools they need to succeed.

A day in the life: Collaborating with your peers in drafting tenders and building proposals for the business.
Project & People Leadership from tender drafting through to final project delivery.
Mentoring & managing junior staff members; report writing, data analysis etc.
What you will need to qualify for this role: Educated to a minimum Masters level in Economics, Public Policy, Business or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience working on public and/or private tenders - experienced building proposals for commercial engagements.
Experience liaising with senior leaders on best practices for project management and budgeting of engagements.
People person with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience mentoring junior team members.
Public funding and/or Infrastructure guidelines compliance understanding considered a major +.
