ICON is recruiting for a Senior Manager Finance Business Partnering (Project Finance), who'll partner with the key stakeholders to monitor and manage the financial performance on several of ICON's key clients.
The successful candidate will leverage their strong analytical and relationship building skills, to develop a deep understanding of the finance KPIs and partner with both internal and external stakeholders to develop actions which will result in positive financial outcomes across the portfolio.
The role will be on a hybrid working basis and would be ideal for candidates to be located within an easy commute to the office based in Leopardstown, Dublin.
Responsibilities:Responsible for the financial management of key client portfoliosDeliver financial support to the Director of Finance and Snr Project Management leadership teamPreparation of periodic financial reporting packages for Sr Director/VP of operations with insightful commentary, analysis, and recommendationsConduct periodic financial reviews with Snr Project Management leadership team to discuss financial health of the portfolioProviding periodic financial reporting and managing the finance-to-finance relationship with the clients in the portfolioWorking on multidisciplinary teams on the implementation of key finance projectsManaging team of highly motivated finance professionals (Team of 6+)Support the preparation of ad-hoc management presentationsRecognize, exemplify, and adhere to ICON's values which centers on our commitment to People, Clients, and PerformanceMinimum Requirements:Qualified Accountancy Qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 5 years' experience (ideally within a multinational, PLC group)Must be an excellent team player and provide leadership to team membersAbility to work effectively with people at various levels of the organization, with particular experience dealing with Senior LeadershipExcellent communication skills & experience dealing with external clients on finance-related topicsProblem solver and proven track record of implementing process improvements to drive efficiencyNegotiation experience & ability to resolve conflictsExcellent knowledge of MS Office package, in particular ExcelWhat ICON can offer you:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
