ICON is recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partnering Manager, who'll partner with the VP of Operations to drive revenue growth and margin expansion in the Clinical Operations Department within the Large Pharma Division.
The successful candidate will leverage their strong analytical and relationship building skills, to develop a deep understanding of the key revenue and cost drivers of the business and partner with their operational colleagues to develop actions which will result in positive financial outcomes for the department.
The role will be on a hybrid working basis and would be ideal for candidates to be located within an easy commute to the office based in Leopardstown, Dublin.
The Senior Finance Business Partnering Manager roles duties include: Responsible for the financial management of the Clinical Operations department within the Large Pharma division.Deliver financial support to the Director of Finance and Snr Project Management leadership team.Preparation of monthly financial reporting packages for VP of operations with insightful commentary and analysis.Conduct monthly financial reviews with Snr Project Management leadership team to discuss financial health of the department and agree appropriate actions.Support the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and annual budget.Identification and reporting on key Revenue and Margin drivers within the portfolio.Support the preparation of ad-hoc management presentations.Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centres on our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.To be considered for the Senior Finance Business Partnering Manager position, you must have: Qualified Accountancy Qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 5 years' experience (ideally within a multinational, PLC group).Must be an excellent team player and provide leadership to team members.Ability to work effectively with people at various levels of the organization, with particular experience dealing with Senior Leadership.Excellent knowledge of MS office package, in particular Excel.Negotiation experience & ability to resolve conflicts.Experience using Oracle ERP & Hyperion (beneficial but not essential).Benefits of working in ICON as a Senior Finance Business Partnering Manager are: Hybrid working model.Flexible working hours.Free on-site gym facilities & subsidised on-site food court.Free parking.You'll have an excellent opportunity to contribute to our culture of process improvement, further your career progression and gain cross function exposure.
