The purpose of this role is to support the Customer relationship with the Franchise unit and Bottling Partner Group in the region. This involves managing the supply from a number of concentrate plants (CPS) delivering to multiple locations and countries. Focuses on operational & tactical scope, with link to some strategic initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesLead the CPS relationship with assigned Franchise, ensuring alignment across large scale and complex OU and portfolio. Acts as the main point of contact for coordination and escalation in relation to operational supply management for the Franchise and associated Bottler(s).Supports the translation of requirements from customers into CPS plant actions ensuring perfect order supply through E2E collaboration across the system supply chain partners.Leads the Next Gen S&OP processes between assigned Franchise Units and CPS, optimizing E2E visibility and strategic volume alignment, effectively balancing business requirements with supply chain capacities and capabilities.Responsible to manage supply execution and problem solving involving multiple CPS plants and multiple cross functional teams ensuring timely responses with effective and sustainable solutions for the system.Supports at Franchise level all global and strategic initiatives, ensuring the implementation of E2E value creation opportunities in collaboration with global stakeholders, Bottlers, OU Franchise Units & CPS.Develop & coordinate solutions across Franchise partners when exposures arise due to demand and other fluctuations.Effectively embed sustainable process and system enhancements to prevent reoccurrence of supply/financial/system risk.Coaches and develops the Customer Account Specialists and Ops Customer Representatives supporting the business in assigned Franchise Units, driving a strong culture of engagement, continuous improvement and customer focus.Supports standardization and automation of global Customer Management processes.Support business continuity actions as required with both Franchise and CPS plants.Qualifications and RequirementsRelevant experience in Customer Management or other related Supply Chain Area within multinational organization.Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication skills required.Ability to operate in multi-cultural environment.Experience in operational people management roles.EducationUniversity/Advanced Degree.Postgraduate/Master's Degree Preferred.SkillsInfluencing; organization.
