My Client is seeking an ambitious Senior Manager to join their progressive Audit and Accounts Department.
Reporting to the audit/accounts director and partners, this role offers strong growth potential through dynamic projects and continuous learning in a collaborative environment.
Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills are essential.
Salary & Benefits: Salary €75,000-€90,0000 DOE 24 Days Annual Leave [to include Good Friday & Christmas Eve].
Additional 1 day every 5years.
Hybrid/Flexible Working Client Referral Bonus Scheme Professional Subscriptions Pension Life Assurance PHI Income Protection Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary client contact for accounts with €10M+ turnovers, managing client needs alongside Directors and Financial Controllers, including non-audit tasks, due diligence, and financial guidance.
Oversee a varied portfolio of clients across industries.
Reviewing management accounts and unaudited year-end statements.
Advising on financial controls and company secretarial requirements.
Drive the firms accounting technology strategy and manage new solution rollouts.
Support team financials, including billing and recoverability, and contribute to staff mentoring and appraisals.
Qualifications and Skills: ACA or ACCA qualification with 7+ years PQE, including 5+ years in practice.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Surf, QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and interest in new technology.
Client-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with sound judgment.
