What is this position: As Senior Manufacturing Technician, you will provide technical support and leadership relating to equipment utilized in the manufacturing areas by repairing, maintaining, or modifying production equipment.
Monitoring machine output on the shift to ensure all cells are running to cycle time to meet specific targets.
What You'll Be Doing: Install and validate equipmentConduct scheduled maintenance, diagnosing, and troubleshooting faultsPerform skilled maintenance and repair such as mechanical, pneumatics, and electrical systemsLead on maintenance and/or process issuesAbility to interpret blueprints and schematicsCertifies and trains manufacturing associates in the production processesIdentifies and implements corrective actions for manufacturing-related issuesHow does this role fit into the organisation: You will report to a Process Engineering Manager on a team of approx.
