Senior Marketing Associate – Ie

Target Integration is looking for a B2B senior marketing associate to join our growing team in Dublin. In this hybrid role, you will work closely with the CMO to create compelling content for nurture campaigns, landing pages, emails, social media, and sales literature.
You will plan and execute lead-generation campaigns across various channels and audiences.
You will also have the opportunity to grow your skills by getting involved in events planning and sales enablement. This varied role requires candidates to be creative, organised, comfortable with change, and willing to own and run projects.
Responsibilities Draft engaging copy for nurture campaigns, landing pages, emails, social media, and sales literaturePlan and execute lead-generation campaigns across a variety of channelsRunning virtual and in-person events for networking/lead generationManage the email marketing schedule and delivery across Target Integration's expanding databasesMaintain partnerships with product companies, trade associations, and other organisations; plan joint promotional activitiesManage and grow Target Integration's social media presenceProduce reports on marketing campaigns using Hubspot (or equivalent software) and Google AnalyticsTravel: Occasional travel required to support Target Integration's team around the UK and IrelandWhom we are looking for 3+ years of marketing experience in a B2B roleB.A. in marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Experience working with Hubspot or another marketing tool is desirableSome experience in using and managing WordPress websitesSome experience of using Canva for image creation/editingDemonstrable competency in using LinkedIn as a marketing toolA clear, concise, and engaging writing styleProven experience running lead-generation campaigns across multiple channelsExcellent understanding of the full marketing mixStrong organisation skills and attention to detailA keen interest in the tech industry and automationExperience in SEO and digital advertising is a plus but not essentialType: Hybrid (3 Days in office + 2 days remote)
