With an established client base and an extensive project list for future years, this company is seeking a Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager for the greater Dublin area.
About Your New Job
As Senior Contracts Manager, you will be tasked with the following:
Develop and manage project budgets and cost plans.Lead multiple project teams to ensure timely and on-scope contract delivery.Collaborate with key stakeholders to successfully deliver all aspects of assigned client projects.Manage and assess the quality of subcontractor work.Oversee compliance with current Health & Safety legislation.Support the Project Surveyor in managing and controlling contract costs and variations, with regular cost projections reported to the Construction Director.Identify and manage project risks, ensuring early intervention with design teams to meet deliverables and deadlines.Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Ensure high accuracy in planning and scheduling activities.Develop and implement project schedules aligned with key milestones, coordinating necessary resources.Develop and monitor material procurement schedules to meet project timelines What Skills You Need Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.Over 10 years of experience in construction or a related industry is preferred.Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Consistent track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Proficient in all MS Office applications.Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly motivated with exceptional management and leadership abilities.Compensation package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
