  We are hiring a  Senior  Medical Scientist in Clinical Chemistry   in a Private Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
  We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring, and compassion are central to all we do.
Key Responsibilities Assure users receive an effective service while making sure all standards are met and policies and procedures are adhered to.
Manage the laboratory's support and/or scientific personnel.
Make sure the team is assigned based on the needs of the patient, using as much delegation as is safe.
As needed, oversee, assign, and take part in the registration, custody, and stock level of the consumables and laboratory reagents.
Stay informed about any new advancements in the field.
Deliver a proficient service.
Make sure that the laboratory's record-keeping policy is adhered to.
Where appropriate, assist in setting up plans for staff education and training.
When appropriate, assist in setting up plans to welcome professionals and/or other guests to the Laboratory.
Help with the creation, upkeep, and revision of the policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for the laboratory.
Assure proper adherence to national and international rules and standards for the delivery of services, and take an active part in both internal and external quality evaluation and control processes.
To take part in making sure that quality standards are implemented and that a high-quality service is a lways offered.
Requirements Must be registered with CORU Hold a clinical chemistry laboratory position for four years, full-time, or a total of four years' worth of clinical experience, since becoming qualified as a medical scientist.
A comparable degree that has been approved by the Academy of Clinical Science and Laboratory Medicine (ACSLM).
hold postgraduate NFQ Level 9 qualifications, or a minimum of Level 9 qualification that has been certified by the Academy of Clinical Science and Laboratory Medicine.
Have worked as a medical scientist in a clinical diagnostic laboratory for four years straight, full-time, or a total of four years' worth of clinical experience, since becoming qualified to practice medicine.
