We are hiring a Senior Occupational Therapist - Full or Part-Time 30 hours, Meath, Co. Meath, Ireland , Ireland We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality, respect, caring, and compassion are at the center of all we do.
Responsibilities Assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment/intervention programs for residents according to professional standards.
Collaboration with residents, family, carers, and other staff in goal setting and treatment/intervention planning.
Participate in the multi-disciplinary/healthcare team and work in cooperation and collaboration with team members. Maintain comprehensive clinical records of assessments, interventions carried out, and discussions relating to residents.
Manage, participate, and play a key role in the practice education of student therapists and promote and engage in the teaching/training/support of others as appropriate.
Requirements A recognized occupational therapy professional degree Complete registration as an occupational therapist with CORU Three years minimum of full-time experience working as an occupational therapist Expertise in the fields of autism and intellectual disabilities is much appreciated.
Additionally crucial are education and expertise in postural management, sensory integration, and AMPS certification.
Both access to a car and a completely clean driver's license are necessary.
