Senior Occupational Therapist Practice Tutor And Medicine For The Elderly

About Us: St James's Hospital is Ireland's largest acute academic teaching hospital located in Dublin's south inner city.
Our fundamental purpose is the delivery of health treatment, care, diagnosis, health promotion, and preventative services at local, regional, and national levels.

Purpose of the Role: This senior post is based in the Occupational Therapy Department at St. James's Hospital, with input on a half-time basis as a Practice Tutor affiliated with the Discipline of Occupational Therapy at Trinity College Dublin.
The post holder will also carry a clinical caseload (equivalent to a 0.5 WTE) in the Mercer's Institute for Successful Ageing (MISA), joining an established team that provides an Older Persons' service in acute admission, inpatient rehabilitation, residential care, and ambulatory care.
