As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management of all venue operations.
You will oversee multiple departments, ensuring that all events, functions, and day-to-day activities run smoothly while adhering to the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities Manage all Event Management and Logistics for all large-scale events Oversee all aspects of operational activities within the corporate catering and hospitality department Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication Foster a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and transparency within the operations team Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the corporate catering or hospitality industry Ability to manage different sites Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities In-depth understanding of operational processes and best practices within the catering and hospitality sector Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the workplace Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary of €65,000 per annum.
