Department Overview We, in Audit and Assurance are looking to expand our Outsourced Accounting Services team due to our exponential growth.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our expanding Outsourced Accounting team.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, capable of working on own initiative and have the ability to plan, control and complete outsourcing engagements for a diverse portfolio of local and global based clients.
This is a hands-on position that requires someone who wants to get to grips with the finance processes quickly.

Main Responsibilities Oversee the work related to bookkeeping, reconciliations, preparation of periodic management accounts, VAT returns and other ad hoc work as prepared by the team members. Preparation of client specific management reporting packs including relevant key performance indicators and business analysis to support the business decision making. Preparation of financial statements for audit exempt clients and liaising directly with client auditors on any matters arising. Support and mentor trainees. Assist in maintaining and developing client relationships. Planning and coordination of all client requirements within agreed timeframe to optimise client service delivery. Managing assignments within appropriate budget and resource allocations. Optimise all opportunities for efficiency gains resulting from the streamlining of business processes across client files supported by the utilisation of automation and other process improvements tools. Skills and Attributes Qualified accountant with 3+ years post qualification experience (ACA, ACCA or similar qualification). Ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple activities with competing deadlines. Must be commercially aware and self-motivated. Excellent planning and organising skills, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Keen attention to detail & drive to improve quality. Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced and transforming environment. Ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial staff in a confident and professional manner.
