One of the largest media agency groups in the world are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Paid Search Manager position This is a very exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading global agency networks. This is a newly created role within the digital team to work alongside an award-winning team of Havas performance specialists.
Withing this role you will be responsible for search and ecom strategy, implementation, analysis, optimisation, delivery and evaluation across paid search and all relevant formats, such as Performance Max, Discovery Ads and possibly some app activity too. Working alongside the AD on these clients, you will also have a chance to lead on the implementation of innovative, new products.
There will be a heavy client facing element to this role, as you'll be required to attend weekly calls/meetings and lead on larger monthly and quarterly meetings. As such, it's essential you feel comfortable with clients, have strong communication skills, as well as a proactive attitude and a real hunger for success.
Key Responsibilities Be responsible for the strategy, creation and management of paid search and ecommerce campaigns to effectively deliver client objectives and targets.Drive best practice for our ecommerce client, and through your team; specifically, improving the quality of campaign delivery, innovation, and automation.Oversee and/or execute the optimisation of campaigns (manual and automated), utilising the full breadth off bid management tools and technologies at your disposal.Oversee the online sales funnel from acquisition to conversion, optimise product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.Develop a rich understanding of our clients' audience and the consumer journey for their vertical, always striving to deliver richer insight to clients.Help to drive innovation and creative solutions, ensuring media firsts and beta use.Oversee accurate and timely finance administration and budgeting.Be the day-to-day contact for client. Leading, maintaining, and growing strong relationships with relevant client stakeholders.Lead on client facing presentations on strategy, campaign recommendations and results.Contribute towards wider team initiatives where required, i.e., team training, award entries, attending industry events etc.Maintain development plans, roadmaps, and media plans for clients.Manage personal development plans for direct reports, ensuring SMART objectives are set.Develop the expertise, technical knowledge and all-round skill set of all your direct reports.Experience Required 4+ years' experience within a Performance remit, ideally within an agency environment.Knowledge/experience of social and/or programmatic media desirable, but not required.Proven experience of working with enterprise level clients and large budgets.Extensive experience across Google/Microsoft Ads, Analytics and SA360.Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.Understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.Good numeracy skills with strong knowledge/ experience of MS Excel.Passion for, and a wide understanding of, all aspects of digital media.Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload across your team.Excellent communicator - written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently.Ability to work under pressure.Thorough attention to detail.Apply Now Email your CV with the Subject Line as *ROLE TITLE* APPLICATION Sphere Digital Recruitment currently have a variety of job opportunities across digital so feel free to get in touch with us to find out how we can help you.
