Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their legal team in Dublin.
This role involves supporting a range of legal and transactional activities, with a focus on the aviation leasing industry.
Key Responsibilities: Draft and structure legal documents, including lease amendments, side letters, and corporate approvals.Assist with tasks across the legal department, including transactional work, company secretarial duties, and compliance.Maintain organised filing of all documents in line with company protocols.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in law or business.Strong legal drafting and document management skills.Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.Ability to work effectively independently.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to advance their career in the aviation industry.
