As a Senior Analyst on the Payments Optimization team, you will prioritize and spearhead initiatives that will refine and optimize transaction processing workflows for Toast Payments. You will collaborate on initiatives with other Toast teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations. This role will lead to significant business impact.
About this role* (Responsibilities)
Monitor and provide insights into payment processing in near real-time in partnership with Product + Engineering, BI, Strategic Finance, Data Science and Payments Operations teamsResearch current payments performance trends. Develop and launch processes for improvementPartner with cross-functional teams to support payments related roadmap initiativesMonitor and build alerts for payments workflows to ensure accurate performanceConstantly and rigorously ideate with a focus on improving payments performance Do you have the right ingredients*? 3+ years of relevant experience in AnalyticsExperience with complex data analysis using SQL, dash-boarding using visualization toolsSharp analytical skills and attention to detail - the ability to dig into large amounts of data and distill actionable insightsAbility to work with and navigate cross-functional and global teamsStrategic thinking skills with the ability to put complex ideas into clear frameworksExperience and strong interest in complex payment processing implementations Special Sauce* (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves)
