"As a Senior Performance Analyst in the Debt Management team, you'll play a key role in driving the success of our newly launched Sky Mobile operation in Ireland.
Your expertise in Billing and Debt, combined with your analytical skills and ability to manage relationships, will contribute to improving debt performance and customer experience ."
- Debt Performance Manager - James MacGregor What you'll do: Own the debt management strategy for Sky Mobile Ireland, including CSA-regulated loans and subscription products.
Analyse customer debt journeys and continuously seek opportunities for performance improvement.
Dive into the numbers to identify key areas of concern and potential for improvement.
Provide expert guidance on projects and changes that impact debt management.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Sky, sharing insights on debt performance and opportunities for improvement.
What you'll bring: Strong experience in debt and billing management, ideally within a mobile or financial organisation, with exposure to CSA-regulated loan agreements.
A proven track record as an analyst, delivering measurable improvements.
Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
A proactive approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results within agreed timelines.
Strong numerical skills with experience of owning, collating and understanding your KPI's and the ability to share your findings If you have strong analytical experience but lack mobile billing or debt expertise, we still encourage you to apply.
