Senior Planner - Biotech - Epcm

Job DescriptionOur Client is one of Ireland's leading EPCm consultancies and a global player in the Semiconductor, Pharma and Biotech sectors.They are seeking a Senior P6 Planner/Scheduler for a long term contract role on a live construction biotech project based in Limerick.Initial focus will be on the CSA trades for the erection of shell and core.
Role will be hybrid with a min of 3 full days to be bases on client site, remaining days can be WFH or based out of a Cork office.Requirements10+ years P6 planner experience on large scale pharma/biotech projectsAbility to chair and run Interactive Planning and coordination meetingsAbility to manage and interface with Sub-ContractorsProven experience of within a team of plannersStrong technical knowledge – ability to read and understand engineering deliverables and drawingsGood understanding of the wider project controls functions and contracting interfacing (Tender milestones / Contract milestones/ Extension of time evaluations)Ability to chair and run Interactive Planning and coordination meetings.Ability to manage and interface with Sub-ContractorsAbility to establish and run an earned value progress reporting system.Excellent computer skills including PrimaveraP6, Microsoft Project and MS Office Suite.Previous experience of working within a multiuserP6 environment (e.g.
Loadspring)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsLast Planner interface experience4D BIM experience an advantage but not necessaryGood understanding of design deliverables and sub-contract mobilisation activities.Package€80 - €100per hour negotiable depending on experience.
Long term contract duration 12 monthsSite based in Limerick 3 days remaining WFH / Office in Cork
