Senior Planner | Dublin

Responsibilities :Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.Coordinate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that milestones are met and resources are optimally utilized.Proactively adjust project plans to accommodate changes in scope, timeline, or resource availability while minimizing disruption.Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and potential risks.Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project timelines, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a planning role within the construction sector, with a focus on residential projects.Proven expertise in developing and managing complex project schedules using planning software, particularly Primavera P6 or similar tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive project success.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing project dynamics and requirements.Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.Experience with integrated project delivery and collaborative planning techniques.Familiarity with current trends and regulations in residential construction in Ireland.Contact Details:This position is managed by Jason Reddin.If you're interested in discussing this role or exploring other exciting opportunities within our forward-thinking team, please reach out to Jason for a confidential discussion at or call +353 87 116 6474.
