Senior Planner- Dublin Competitive Salary + Package + Transport + Bonus + Pension Our client, a Top Tier contractor operating nationwide, is urgently seeking a detail oriented Senior Planner.
Our client is very busy within the Data centre sector and this role offers the successful applicants an opportunity to work on the latest Hyperscale and edge technology projects.
As a Senior Planner you are responsible for leading the planning and scheduling efforts on complex projects, ensuring that all project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
This role is based in Dublin, however some WFH is available as a team already exists.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements: * Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation ensuring alignment with project goals & objectives.
* Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, including schedule updates, progress metrics, and risk assessments.
* Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and adjust project plans and schedules as necessary to accommodate changes.
* Carry out regular audits and reviews of project schedules to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather information and update project plans.
* Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
* Prepare and maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and change requests.
* Degree or equivalent in Project Management.
* 8+ years post qualification experience with 3-4 years on Data centre projects.
* Strong proficiency in Planning software and tools.
* In-depth knowledge of project planning and scheduling principles, techniques, and best practices.
* Detail-oriented and effective communication skills.
