Our team has successfully secured planning approvals for numerous high-profile projects, and we're expanding our presence in Dublin.
The Roles We are currently seeking both a Senior Planning Consultant and a Planning Consultant to join our Dublin office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects with a highly respected team.
What We're Looking For Senior Planning Consultant: At least 5 years of post-graduate professional experience in Ireland, along with an IPI or RTPI accredited degree/postgraduate qualification in Town Planning.
Planning Consultant: A Town Planning degree/postgraduate qualification, with 2-3 years of professional experience in Ireland (desired but not essential).Skills & Experience The ideal candidates will have: A strong Town Planning qualification (IPI or RTPI accredited) Exceptional planning and organisational skills Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities The ability to manage a varied workload and meet tight deadlines Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong communication skills, both written and oral A driving license and access to a car (for site visits)What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid working arrangements The opportunity to contribute to a growing portfolio of exciting projects A collaborative, supportive environment within a highly respected consultancyIf you're an ambitious, commercially-minded planning professional ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!
