As a Senior PR and Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive brand awareness. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Sales, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engage with agencies, media, and influencers to elevate our brand presence.

Develop and implement innovative PR and social media strategies aligned with business objectives and brand values.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with PR agencies to oversee and create the delivery of high-impact press releases, key consumer, trade, industry luxury and lifestyle media, and other marketing collateral.Oversee the monitoring and analysis of media coverage and PR campaigns, track and measure performance providing actionable insights for improvement.Develop a strong social media and influencer strategy, manage and execute promotional events, press events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.Track and measure social media and influencer performance providing actionable insights for improvement.Contribute creative ideas across both PR, social media, and events with a key focus to drive brand awareness of M&S.Collaborate with wider marketing teams and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and engagement.Proactively build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders across the wider M&S business.Excellent planning and budget management skills, to ensure all projects and campaigns are within the agreed budget and delivered on time.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in PR marketing, preferably within the retail sector.Proven track record of managing successful PR campaigns, social media, event management, and media relations.Exceptional writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong leadership and project management abilities, with experience leading a team.Experienced in digital marketing, social media strategies, and analytics tools.Track record in strong planning and budget management.Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
